Got my license plate renewal notice today, and the insurance approval for the vandalism a deer caused. She goes in May 1st for a spa day.

The Ranger , not the deer

Hmmm, it only weighs 4200 lb...
You'll need 3 Ton for the 2030 BEV Ranger, might as well get them now. A battery pack will likely add 1,000-1,200# to the empty weight.

Brian, make sure they mount it with the air valve facing down. This way you can check it periodically without having to lower it.

How do they mount it 'down' Dave?? That valve stem will only go in one way! Sorry, I'm confused!

From the factory the rim is mounted under the truck with the valve stem up towards the bed. It will fit reversed so the valve faces down.

Got some more new tools for my will-never-ever-get-used on-board tool kit (now that I have a real garage tool cart, I don't want to scavenge it for tools). Too bad that I have to search for new tools - oh the drudgery! =p

My diminutive lug wrench is in it's home, ready for those on the spot road rage flat tires.

Brian, the spare tire hanger is only lightly padded, which is no big deal for the steelie factory spare. When the wheel is flipped with the valve facing down, the hanger will be cinched up against the “good” side of your shiny new wheel. I haven’t found a good solution for additional padding yet (yes, laziness) so mine is still valve side up because I don’t want my nice wheel getting buggered up by the hanger.
