Got "lightly" rear ended at a stop light on the way home from work and traded for the ranger the next day.

The ranger did not have the towing package so I ordered a hitch and a solid hook for the next encounter.
I also got a bull bar to complete my 80s look with the factory sport bar and tonneau cover.

Awesome!!!
So I've been running them a few days and it's a nice improvement. It's not earth shattering but they are definitely brighter and a much cleaner white color temperature which I like. The low beams have a bit better range and are just much better visually for seeing the road. The high beams are better but not by a lot, however the white color is nice and makes you think they have better range, but it's honestly not a lot. So far nobody has flashed me and I think they're a great upgrade over the dull stock bulbs. Again, I went with the 12,000 lumin so they don't over power the reflector.

Picked this up from Old Dominion today. I may have underestimated how hard it will be to get out of the bed. I am trying to enlist some friends. We shall see...

Hopefully the install is tomorrow. Bumper time.
That is a pretty big bumper. Something more has to be in there, but not much squat on the rear. Hmmmm.

I got the same bumper, they ship it attached on the inside of a metal frame to protect it and attach that to a pallet. The actual bumper is much smaller

This^^ I can tell it's a lot of packaging to keep it in good shape while shipping. Still going to be a pain in the ass to get out of the truck.

If I didn’t have a tractor with forks to use I never would have been able to pull it off of the freight truck
Then I had to battle that metal frame, it’s bolted to the bumper and some of the bolts are hard to reach, and pulling it apart was a challenge too.
I hope it goes well!

key fob cover from etsy. seems pretty well made.

I've been looking at these too, but what I can't figure out is how the key would swing out from it. Do you have to remove it from the case or is there an opening for the key?

This one is for the pushbutton start fob. I'm not sure if they have one to fit the fob with the flip out key.
