What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

With both knees shot I just started looking at fat tire e-bikes. Don’t really know what I'm doing, but right now leaning towards a Heybke Ranger.

Whichever bike you get think about where you want to ride, road, singletrack trails/downhill, winter snow trails, logging roads, etc.. A lot of the bikes out there are bike path only and won't stand up to off-road use. The ones with throttles typically are just electric motorcycles with pedals that are only there to be able to call it a "bicycle." I mountain bike and there are many legit full suspension e-mountain bikes that will handle any trail a good rider can throw at them. Other guys here with real bikes can chime in as well.

This is great advice, and I'll add; think about the types of trails you'd like to ride and research their policy on e-bikes and which types are allowed. I've seen more and more e-bike bans in the SW states due to their propensity to chew the trail up. They're heavier and torque-ier.

We're on vacation so my Ranger is tucked away for a month. This doesn't mean I can't still lookin on it daily hourly.

went camping at Red Rock in NV this past weekend. Got dumped on by a monsoon storm just after we got to camp and setup. RTT kept us 100% dry. here are a few shots

Got in a few hours of Mountain therapy on the Upper Tellico River. TN side.

Gave the knee its biggest challenge since the surgery. Better, but still limiting what I want to do

Caught 9 small wild Rainbows. Great day. Weather was amazing.
