Oh, you’re just jealous!

I remember long ago Ford put one Saber Ranger out as a demonstration truck and I saw it every day twice - going to work and leaving work. Every time I stared it and how beautiful it was. Saber color made it even more desirable. I had no idea that it was my future vehicle I was staring. There will be no Saber for me, I got overdosed just by staring it, but I still love it.
Orange has always been one of my favorite colors and loved the orange on a Mazda RX3 I once owned. When I was looking for Rangers saw on a local dealers website a pre-ordered Saber SCab that was still being assembled at the factory. Went down the next day to put a deposit on it :bandit: and the rest is history... ?

My nephew Josh built me a backyard patio before he passed...did its outward shape in an abstract form with stepping stones leading into it from the front of my house:

Very nice. I recall the story.

carried another load of broken concrete (yesterday)this is second one in a couple weeks from 2 different clients, funny is it was the same weight, 1300 lbs on the dump scale. Factor in myself and my onboard gear, pretty close to 1700 lbs total on the truck. After years in an 86 nissan 720/ Wow the Ranger sure handles the weight no problem. My old truck which had upgraded shocks would have been sinking hard and driving weird with that much weight. While i only went a few miles and no freeway, it was far enough/ up a steep driveway and across town i can tell the weight is on there but Wow it sure does carry it easily. Very Impressed. In the year ive had it I regularly take the truck on 900 mile round trip with about 500lbs gear and it does very well, but i had not tried a real heavy load until now.
pics!!

haha sorry i didnt take any/ was an ugly mess of bags that i had to cut open// concrete goes one place, bags go another... OrangeStreak's photos were way cooler than what i would have had... that's not only a big load but you get the bonus of worrying about cracking one// i'll add i also could barely see if it was sitting any lower, it stays up even with the load on

You know it ... dump run prep! Livin' the dream, baby!

Had to get final fall cleanup done before some evening rain and that Billy Goat yard vac works so much better with a mulching plate. This would have easily been two full loads without it. Had I done this with the Ego mower, it would easily have been two dozen yard bags - bah on that noise. =)

And, lucky you, this post is @DukeCanBuildit-fortified with extra pics! =p

Besides, who can't get enough pics of leaves? Life's damn good, ain't it! =D

will add a wheelbarrow's worth of sticks & pine cones in the morning, maybe another bucket of acorns ...

Picked up a couple of old school sleds from a friend for the Scouts to use on our float in tomorrow's Santa Claus Parade. It's the 100th anniversary of this particular parade, so the theme is "then & now".

Bed rug, swing cases, damper, custom diy “load roller”, folding step - David, you‘ve got it bad, real bad. You have more mods in your truck’s bed than most folks have on their entire truck. ?

Asking for our non snow country friends...
