Took some people to COVID test. Roads were covered with that white stuff some people like. From the uncleared hood you can see that it was but ~0.5". Prolly melts by end of the day.

I was amazed the first time we went there too. I had a good friend tell me about this place 11 years ago. At first I though he was nuts! But after doing a ton of research and meeting many people here in AZ who go there we felt safe doing it. Now I wouldn't go over to Tijuana or even Nogales that place is nasty and scary. It's amazing when my wife and I go to Cancun how cheap and easy it is to get meds.
Beautiful!Got back late last night from a camping trip through North Georgia/West North Carolina/East Tennessee. Here are a couple shots from this 1,900 adventure.
What do you use these styrofoam bales for?Went to store and bought few bales of styrofoam. All good to this point.
Then went to loading dock to load them and the POS mountaintop bed cover was frozen solid and did not open. Lock, handles and everything just stuck there.
Luckily I only bought styrofoam bales so I could ratchet strap them to roof & bed rails and had no weight issues.
That mountaintop bed cover seems to be an issue when..
- transporting anything large
- driving in sand/mud (get's stuck on the rails)
- below freezing
- snow
I'd recommend it for people who use their ranger only on asphalt in warm sunny place where there is not much dust or leafs/flying biomatter.
I'd give it usefulness 2/5 (hey, it works 4-6 months in a year), looks 4/5.
Congratulations on your new house! The Everest has been busy hauling stuff for our new house. It has not let me down with room yet. this was a oven, huge vent hood, microwave, and stove top with other materials, 2 inch pipe and cable trey. It hauled 7 bags of concrete and 12 bags of sand the other day. Im working about 14 hours a day getting the house finished up.
I open the plastic wrap on them to get the individual sheets of styrofoamWhat do you use these styrofoam bales for?
Gotcha! Thanks!I open the plastic wrap on them to get the individual sheets of styrofoam
These particular sheets I use for insulating the drinking pool for the horses, they need water in the winter also. At current -8'C (~17'F) the drinking water gets frozen over the day without some insulation.
