Yes, the DRL's are removable, however it has circle vents under them instead of honeycomb.
One of the things I appreciate about your build is the amount of work you ve done. Those times you pulled the rack off and redesigned it, and then the eletrical side of it. The work you er doing to make that right, I can respect that.

Finally got leveling kit and upper control arms installed! Fox 2.0 front and rear with Icon upper arms. Amazing step up in on-road ride quality and steering feel, can't wait to take it off road.

Honestly I have more enjoyment in translating dreams to physical objects. For all those times you cuss when two pieces of a puzzle refuse to connect properly, that one time when you just drop it in to place and it fits 100% is worth it.

Well, my Ford Performance grille arrived today. Unfortunately when I unboxed it after wrapping up work for the day, I gotta say I was disappointed. The matte black “RANGER” surround just looked a bit janky when compared to the color matched surround of the original Tremor grille.

After a bit of inspection though, I determined that a heart transplant might be possible, and a plan formed. Getting the original grille out was a huge pain, but after I did, the rest was relatively straightforward. Some minor surgery to plastic tabs was required to allow the original surround to fit the performance grille, but I’m digging how it came out.

I just might have to do this with my Raptor style grille as well... not sure if it's one piece molded or if the shroud is removable.

What are the tire/wheel specs? Any reason to add the UCA?

I just fancy the tremor grill over the raptor style. Maybe it’s just me. Does look better with OE surround.

The red accents look cool to me, but I’m just not a fan of the gloss black bars and large blue oval, even then mainly oval I suppose.

I do like the stock grille you had but change the ford emblem to the magnetic with black lettering would be sweet. Just my thoughts.

I just CANNOT get over how much this dude is charging for these! $301 for some painted emblems. o_O

Makes the Ford black and chrome look that much more appealing, imo.

The sad thing is that I’ll probably end up buying a rear one w/ camera housing. The tailgate emblem is the only pop of blue or chrome that came on my entire truck…and I want it gone. What’s pathetic is that this feels like something I should be able to do myself. Lol, been on the fence with this for two months.
