Battery replacement...
Took it in this morning to Quick Lane (pics below) for a battery test because I've been getting a pop up (shown below) on and off for the last two weeks. Both tests failed and battery replaced under factory warranty. My cost would have been $223.95 without warranty...
Service dept. said the original battery would have crashed real soon. After the replacement, FordPass locked me out with the message...."YOUR VEHICLE IS IN A DEEP SLEEP MODE"...
Service dept. said to call Ford to clear it and it was just a matter of uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
