Just a 1" FRL level.
Same for me … I have been struggling between 1” and 1.5 spacers. But I do not want to alter the crash bars.

I think 1” is the most you can do with crash bar mods on a tremor since the Tremor has 42mm offset wheel and bigger tires.

This is my Tremor with the 1" lift from FordRangerLifts.com. The picture is caulked but my driveway right here is level and the rocker is also level. Any more lift in the front would have the cab pointing to the sky.

Looks great ! Did you do wheel spacers?

I wanted to go as small as possible, but not have to worry about the wheel studs. I am absolutely not going to alter the wheel studs, the spacer, or the hub of the wheel, to make it fit. Everything I've read says that these Faction Fab 1" spacers clear the wheel studs without trimming.

Also 25.4mm = 1 inch

So that would put the offset of the Tremor wheels at around 16-17, which is pretty aggressive.

A 1.5" spacer is nearly a 0 offset, which is very aggressive.

I do not want any wheel poke.

1" wheel spacers fit on the Tremor and are about flush. 1.5" would stick out. If they made less than 1" the studs would possibly work due to the Tremor/Raptor wheel having clearance cast into the wheel but you would need to contact BORA for custom units.

Here is the 1" wheel spacer back when I had stock lift on the Tremor...

1" Faction Fab wheel spacers. No vibrations at highway speed, they seem to be top quality.

1" is perfect for the Tremor wheels. They put my offset at 16.6. I think 15-20mm offset is perfect with the Tremor flares.

The last picture shows that the actual tread blocks themselves are inside the flares.

Not what you were asking for, but here are some of mine. No spacers, but -12 offset wheels, which is the equivalent of a 2-5/8" Spacer.

So, to recap, 1" = works with stock setup, no modifications required.

And are these the spacers everyone is talking about?

Thanks for the great thread/pictures.
That is correct. Only thing you may need to do is crack the intrusion beam bolts loose and make sure to push them as far away from the tire as possible. That little 1/4" or so makes all the difference.

Not sure what this means. Just did the swap with the 1" and I have rubbing in the front.

If I turn the wheel fully left or right, the tires rub on the plastic.

Ok, so here was a quick photo. The one next to the other truck was last week before the lift.

There should be a plastic trim piece that comes off. Remove that, Then there are two bolts that hold the crash bar in place. Loosen them so the crash bar moves a little, then push it in the direction of the green arrows until it stops moving, retighten everything. Leave the plastic trim off.

The green arrows are pointed at what I recall held the trim piece in place. You could have rubbing on the rear crash bar, same process, just push it away from the tire as far as it can and tighten.

There is some play there, that is all I needed to do. I did not need to remove the crash bars until I upgraded to 285/70/17
