Where I took the pictures there was no by pass since it washed out. The left is a drop off into a ditch.
I had a blast! I put a lot of money into this truck to make sure it can do the basic obstacles.

About how much more with those tire rod ends?
I"m running a skinny (255 70 R18) 32"" + 55 mm offset tire /wheel combo on my truck. APG billet UCA, Extended travel front and rear ICON CDCV 2.5 with the ICON leaf spring pack/ ICON bump stops...keeps the wheels inside the fenders at full compression...I noticed my stock tie rod ball joints were maxed out at full droop, and would not hold it's toe angle . After the switch to the APG Heim joint ends looks like it still has a little left over, (could even droop further before maxing out) , and will hold the toe alignment much better now....I did not do before and after measurements for how much extra droop it allowed.

Although I have put my truck in a position similar to your pictures after taking the wrong fork in trail ,crawling
is still something I'm slowly trying to learn.... I'm a desert guy at heart and relish my twice a year SoCal desert, wannabe a pre-runner trips....

Is there a way to adjust axle centering or way to mitigate destroying fenders? Truck is Full Icon with leafs in option 3 and Icon bump stops. Tires are 305-70R17 with 0mm offset wheels. Debating adding shims to bump stops, trimming more of the flares and fender, and BDS 1in Shackle lift. Eventually I'll probably go wide body.

Also, bonus question...Anyway to get more droops out of the front?

PSA. Bedsides are cut for my new Coastal offroad rear bumper which is at powder coat.
For the rear: space down your bump stops until it quits rubbing while articulating or remove/cut fender liners/flares/wherever it rubs ...but only the latter option if you don't care about where mud goes. I've seen one person on IG (@robo_mods) go ahead and cut their fenders, as well.

For front droop, see if there's any more to be had by disconnecting the lower damper fasteners and seeing if it can get any more droop before binding anything. You could follow an approach like this dude:

Otherwise its long travel if you want more, I'd wager.

I messed around similarly with my front suspension and ended up with some Bilstein 6112's and found some top out spacers inside (circled in red below). I think I was able to take out a 10mm spacer and was still able to feel comfortable with some fit checks (my comfort level: there was still about an inch more droop travel before everything started to bind vs where I actually limited travel), but I can't comment on what might be inside your Icons:

Results (no sway bar and it looks about like where you are):

I've had similar issues as you on the rear. I've recently been playing around with a spring under setup with custom shackles and raptor bump stops (and now I need to relocate the shock mounts to take advantage of the increased bump travel potential). I've also had to space down my bump stops temporarily to prevent the dampers from bottoming out before the bump stop fully compresses. My short body Bilstein 7100's aren't short enough anymore and these 285/75r17's on +25mm offset wheels now get into the fender liners a bit too easily when articulating.

Yeah, it rubs when articulating:

I'll likely end up cutting something as I really dig the low-cg, moderate-travel setup. I'm going to miss the fender liners, though...

?

That looks like a fun trail!

Not too many on here are building their Rangers out for that type of off-roading.

Looking forward to your solution :like:

I would think the easiest solution is to fix the bump stops so you don't hit the fender.

The harder solution is to cut the fenders to clear the tires. You'd have to adapt some fender flares to cover the trim job though.

Dana just released an upgraded front axle assembly with 32 spline half shafts. Those 37s are just a bunch of money away.

Seems not many around here understand offloading trucks... Seems like a lot of uptight with crash bars and such lol

Did you end up fixing this issue? I run 315/70/17s and use the Timbren bump stops. They do amazing and keeping me outta the fenders.

Oh man......... is my Tremor going to crunch the fenders when I hit a curb at the mall?!

Jeez, the list of things to worry about never ends. Nobody told me Ranger ownership would be so stressful. Almost dreading the truck arriving now.

Just kidding! Get it here already!

They only crunch if I have the front and rear flexed all the way out. If its just one it barely kisses.
