Tired of cold start rough idling and hesitations!

I just had this done on my stock 2019 and the rough cold start has now been fixed, I dealt with it for over a year and then found the TSB printed it off and took it into the dealer. Its like night and day.

Same here. Bought my 2019 truck used last winter and had the issue since day 1. I wish I had googled this problem earlier. Printed off the TSB and took to a dealer. They wanted to do a diagnostic to confirm the problem and I told them I can confirm it’s something I deal with daily. Charged me an hour of labor, but probably the best $150 I ever spent to get rid of that stress. 20-2339 solved my issue
