Well I updated to 21194 this morning and I now have the traffic on my map.

I looked at my SirusXM subscriptions after the update and all but PARKING are showing subscribed.

I just finished updating to 21194 via flash drive, took 13 minutes and all seems normal. Apple carplay is responding a little faster, and the touchscreen seems a bit more responsive. All of my Siri shortcuts stayed active also. As for Nav I don't have it, use Google maps via carplay.

Some of the Explorer folks are saying they see it available now OTA and on the Ford owner portal. I haven't checked myself, but just a heads up. If you use the SYNC VR for making phone calls, I suggest doing a forced contact download, contact update, or re-pair the phone. There are a number of improvements there but it'll need to regenerate the entries.

You are absolutely correct !!

Looks like Ford has released Build 21194 for the Explorer platform. I randomly picked a 2021 Explorer XLT wo/Nav VIN # and added it to my Ford Owner account and shows this update is now available for download. Not sure when it will be released for our Rangers but it shouldn't be much longer.

Looks like my source at the big blue oval was correct about an update being released before the EOM. Still not available for my 2019 Ranger XLT or 2019 F150 Platinum. I'm sure it will be available in the next few days.
