Updated OP to mention loosening and moving the crashbars seemed to have fixed the rubbing in reverse.

I wanted to update you with some good news. I loosened the bolts on the crash bars and pushed them forward as far as they would go and retightened; seems it gave me all the clearance I needed. Turning the wheel right, full lock in reverse I can hear a TINY touch but only if I am literally holding it to lock which I wouldn't advise doing with any vehicle anyway. Turning left full lock and no rub in reverse.

Before adjusting them going full right in reverse only it would rub enough that I could probably only get 90% of my steering at best. Full left and reverse it would kiss but could get about 99% of my steering.

Never had rub forward in either direction full lock but assume now there is even more clearance. I will probably address this again once I wear out the original Tremor tires and upgrade to 275/70/17.
Thanks for updating me! This is great news.

And here’s what they look like with 1.5” spacers and 285’s and RC flares haha?

What do you have for a lift on your Tremor? Would love to get to 285’s at some point!

All that matters is that you like how it looks. I do think however that ford should have gone with a more aggressive offset on the Tremor wheels. The sucked in look is terrible stock.

Yeah I agree with you. If these really are 100% the Ranger Raptor wheels, the offset looks better on the Raptor with its different suspension,

The 1" wheel spacer looks perfect! Are we still pretty much limited to stock tire size tho (w stock wheels)?
Thanks, I would say without removing the crashbars stock tire is max. I plan on going 275/70/17 when these tires wear out though and either remove the crashbars or install high clearance ones. I would do the good ol' 285/70/17 but I am not sure I want to mess with the gearing much since I tow a travel trailer in windy conditions more often than calm conditions.

At this moment all I did was remove the plastic trim on the front crash bar.

Lol I noticed that the other day when I went to remote start it. Thought "finally looks like the picture"
Anthony , now that you have the Ranger Lift 1” installed ( by Robby !) … did you gain room ?

I did not measure the day of, which I should have but my schedule was so tight I forgot to do that.

Measurements from a previous day were as follows at the center of the wheel well opening
Front 37.25" Rear 38.75"

Today, as parked on the street which would have been the same spot I measured
Front 38.0" Rear 38.75"

Even if it is only 0.75". I am ok with that. Looks good. Could be some front dip from when I parked but I wont be loosing sleep over 0.25"

I went to get it aligned this morning and the shop was having an issue with their sensors once they lifted their rack but baseline numbers were all green except the Caster was 0.3" out of spec in the red.

I will be aligning it at another shop tomorrow morning but I am not too surprised, drives straight. Just want to make sure things are more in the center of where they should be.

My buddy owns a tire shop in CA and he confirmed that the Tremor alignment specs are different than the FX4. He said the main difference was that the Caster calls for the same specs on both sides for the Tremor and FX4 has a different value on the drivers side.

So what is with the secret? What are the tremor alignment numbers supposed to be?
