Now, now, we all know that those are Annie's orders from your trip....
lol Believe it or not she only had one bag full of stuff and 2 other sweat shirts. Good thing because there wasn't much room left with all our gear.

Thanks for the write up Dave! Your passenger side Tremor sticker is crooked. White is a great color but Iconic Silver is still the best :like::clap:

I’ve had MP2 for 6 weeks now and it now has almost 6,700 miles on it after our June trip. I really didn’t think I’d like it as much as MP1 because I had that one set up perfect for my driving with a tune, Eibach shocks all around and 32' Toyo OC 3’s. Plus I really loved the Saber color because it was so unique especially around here where I’ve only seen one other and that had FL plates.lol I gotta say I really love this Tremor so much more than I thought would. The Fox shocks are really nice much smoother on the road than the Eibach (not that I wouldn’t recommend the Eibach as they were great too) and the seats (with the suede inlay) are just as if not more comfortable than my ’19 was.

The transmission is really a huge surprise because it really does shift super smooth unlike my ’19 which is why I tuned it. The gas mileage has been crazy good our trip averaging 23.8 overall and getting as high as 26.4 and I think the worst was 22.2 all using premium fuel. Now that we’re home I’m sure this will change some with shorter commutes. I’m still leaning towards transferring my Livernois tune over because there were a few times where I’d press on the pedal to either pass someone or going up a large incline and it’s like “SHIFT” because there was a long delay before it would finally downshift and kick in. I liked my ’19 because the power/torque was always right there when you needed it, but for regular driving this for some reason is way smoother than my ’19 ever was.

It did take me a while to get use to looking over the hood and not seeing the Saber color I was use to for 4 years.? But I’m use to the Oxford White now and being up at Grand Tetons and seeing it up against the mountains with snow still on them really makes it look sweet.I know everyone has a white vehicle but I have always liked the white/black look, IMHO it’s a classic look.

I guess if I had to nit pic one little thing it would be the seat warmers aren’t as warm as my ’19 was. On high those would just about fry your butt, but on my ’23 they’re hot but not scorching hot, kind of like a cross between med - high but still do the job. Oh, and the darn glove box damper delete! I’ll never get use to opening it and not having it crash down and everything almost flying out. I guess I’ll have to put in a request to DeeZee to make an aftermarket one. ?

Other than those I really love this FFR! ?:inlove:

Just did a 600 mile run yesterday. Little mini-vacation weekend. Love, LOVE this truck! Have to do the trip in reverse on Monday and already looking forward to the drive.

Looking forward to the return drive... but not the return to work on Tuesday. :crying: ??

I was driving between areas an average of 550 miles and never did I not enjoy it. I couldn't even go 100 miles in my '16 Tacoma without fidgeting around, having a small pillow behind my back and just being uncomfortable! I have a couple jobs still hanging from before the accident and they've been patiently waiting. I DO NOT want to go back either! ?

The Ranger (both of them) have always been a joy to drive and I've never not looked forward to traveling with it. So much so I'm not even going to pursue getting a Ranger Raptor. As much as I'd like to get one I really see no need for one now that I have the Tremor. While the 3.0 would be nice I can add close to the same power with a tune. Besides a few gadgets for options there's nothing I'm missing except saying I have a Raptor.

The first 12K miles on my Ranger were 90% long distance travels of about 500 miles per trip. Once I switched out the driveshaft the truck performed wonderfully.

My experience has been that It is stop and go traffic that begins to eat up the transmission as it runs through the gears more.

I hope your experience is different.
You're probably right about this. That's another reason I'm considering transferring my Livernois tune over as it seems most that are tuned haven't had transmission issues that we know of.

While mine is in the shop, I have a Tacoma loaner, world of difference, I was going to try those & a Colorado, but ran across my Tremor first & jumped on it. Don't know about the Chevy, but my truck is light years better than a Tacoma.

After my accident when I went to get the rental they had me down for a Tacoma. I guess they figured I wanted a truck to drive but I told them to give me something else or I'll just walk. I was tortured enough going through the accident I didn't need more driving a Tacoma. ?

The transmission shifts smoother because it doesn't have to lug around all that extra weight from those additional bed tie downs the '19 had ?
You spelled Damper Wrong

Saber vinyl wrap?
Good idea. But as much as I miss MP1 and the Saber color I'm now loving the OW. I was going to get a OW Bronco so this fill the void. lol

And it's cooler on those 100+ days.
Both my truck and van are OW.
