I’ve had MP2 for 6 weeks now and it now has almost 6,700 miles on it after our June trip. I really didn’t think I’d like it as much as MP1 because I had that one set up perfect for my driving with a tune, Eibach shocks all around and 32' Toyo OC 3’s. Plus I really loved the Saber color because it was so unique especially around here where I’ve only seen one other and that had FL plates.lol I gotta say I really love this Tremor so much more than I thought would. The Fox shocks are really nice much smoother on the road than the Eibach (not that I wouldn’t recommend the Eibach as they were great too) and the seats (with the suede inlay) are just as if not more comfortable than my ’19 was.

The transmission is really a huge surprise because it really does shift super smooth unlike my ’19 which is why I tuned it. The gas mileage has been crazy good our trip averaging 23.8 overall and getting as high as 26.4 and I think the worst was 22.2 all using premium fuel. Now that we’re home I’m sure this will change some with shorter commutes. I’m still leaning towards transferring my Livernois tune over because there were a few times where I’d press on the pedal to either pass someone or going up a large incline and it’s like “SHIFT” because there was a long delay before it would finally downshift and kick in. I liked my ’19 because the power/torque was always right there when you needed it, but for regular driving this for some reason is way smoother than my ’19 ever was.

It did take me a while to get use to looking over the hood and not seeing the Saber color I was use to for 4 years.? But I’m use to the Oxford White now and being up at Grand Tetons and seeing it up against the mountains with snow still on them really makes it look sweet.I know everyone has a white vehicle but I have always liked the white/black look, IMHO it’s a classic look.

I guess if I had to nit pic one little thing it would be the seat warmers aren’t as warm as my ’19 was. On high those would just about fry your butt, but on my ’23 they’re hot but not scorching hot, kind of like a cross between med - high but still do the job. Oh, and the darn glove box damper delete! I’ll never get use to opening it and not having it crash down and everything almost flying out. I guess I’ll have to put in a request to DeeZee to make an aftermarket one. ?

Other than those I really love this FFR! ?:inlove:

The transmission shifts smoother because it doesn't have to lug around all that extra weight from those additional bed tie downs the '19 had ?

That's so great to hear! LOL, you have double the mileage of my 13-month old Soupie!

So when are you getting home? I need some more 303 stuff! =D

Thanks for the write up Dave! Your passenger side Tremor sticker is crooked. White is a great color but Iconic Silver is still the best :like::clap:

Does the glove box have the connectors for the damper, that maybe you can add from a previous year?

I see the Saber color Rangers quite often over in the Chandler area, I know my Velocity Blue Ranger is a common color, there is someone a couple streets over from me with the exact same truck as mine.

lol I did take the two middle ones from MP1 so I have all 6.

? Maybe because I took so much stuff off MP1 is the reason MP2 is so great! ?

Then it's definitely that glovebox damper delete! Probably also the reason your gas mileage is so much better too.

I honestly haven't even looked yet. By the time I got back from picking it up in WA I only had 2 weeks to detail it and get everything back on it from MP1 before leaving for vacation. I'll have to. get out there this weekend early morning and look to see.

 Thanks Mark! The first thing I did was check the Tremor sticker before even taking a picture. :inspect:

It's a tough crowd here and I knew if they were crooked I'd get roasted. ?

The first 12K miles on my Ranger were 90% long distance travels of about 500 miles per trip. Once I switched out the driveshaft the truck performed wonderfully.

My experience has been that In is stop and go traffic that begins to eat up the transmission as it runs through the gears more.

I hope your experience is different.

That's great and I bet it was nice to be back home and in your own bed. =)

Now I do have a gripe with my 303 Sales Rep! =p

How come I never knew of this until today!?! Holy cow, I gotta get me some of this! =D

That's been out for several years now. You have to go on the Gold Eagle site and look at All Products. ? I have a friend with a BMW convertible who uses this and loves it.
