Same here.I actually use them. So instead of sliding into the seat and causing the wear and tear all drivers seats get on the door side, I try to step unto the truck. 6'1 here.

Mall crawl lol. This is a purpose built vehicle. You'd have to be a moron to spend that much money to not regularly use it hunting/off-road, etc. I actually split first blood on it today, got a turkey with my bow!Jealous? Really? Shake your head.
Not everyone buys a truck as mall crawling status symbol so they can pretend they're not an accountant.
I won't lie, I put some AMP electric steps on my last 1/2 Ton pickup, 2" lift and some big old Duratracs. My wife is 5'0" and 100 lbs soaking wet with rocks in her pockets. Getting up into the cab of that truck was a scramble. Those AMP steps were the BOMB, worth every penny. They fold way up out of the way and deploy halfway down on the side a door is opened.I definitely do not like my Tremor steps. I get road rash if I have shorts on or dirty my pant leg if I have long pants on. If I actually step on them I have to do a deep knee bend to get down into the cab and my 69 year old knees don't like it.
The simple solution would be to remove them but with a 5' 3" wife the steps are nessary for her. I am to OCD to remove just the one on the driver's side and too cheap to buy the power retractable ones. I am doomed to road rash or dirty pants or sore knees.
No, the people that pay for something they know they don't like and then come on here to complain about it are the issue. But yes, if you're buying off-road equipment to not actually use it and mall crawl, you'd be a moron. So non-tremors owners are jealous, some tremor owners are accident prone, and other tremor owners are morons. Got it.
This forum has the most thin skinned grown ass men I've ever seen. Someone insulted me calling me a mall crawler and I get tons of shade for snapping back at them. Be mad all you want, words on the internet can't hurt you.Wow Chris. I guess you have just called me a moron for not taking my Tremor, when I get it, hunting / off roading regularly. I was always told not to look down on others that do things different than I do. In any event, I hope you have a good day.
I purchased my first new vehicle 49 years ago and have averaged a new vehicle every 5 years since. Not once ever have I considered or purchased a new vehicle that didn't have something I didn't like. I have either modified the vehicle to my liking or learned to live with the things I don't like. No, the people that pay for something they know they don't like and then come on here to complain about it are the issue. But yes, if you're buying off-road equipment to not actually use it and mall crawl, you'd be a moron.

It's actually more an 'average person' issue. This must be a short person issue. I’ve never used them or hit my legs on them. Need a poll.
I am already on record as not liking the factory Tremor steps. I am average height, but I am tall enough to easily get in without the steps and prefer to hop out without them, too.I'm convinced the tremor side step hate is a jealousy thing or due to people that are accident prone. I think they look great and they aren't in the way at all. How about learn to walk/get out of a car like a normal person or don't be clumsy and you won't run into stationary objects?
