First, it is mostly non-Tremors that have the issue, very few Tremors have it. Second, if you don't have the problem, and most Tremors do not unless they have been modified, there is no reason to change out the drive shaft. I don't have the problem and I know a couple other people in town with unmodified Rangers and they do not have the problem. Does the problem exist? I'm sure it does, but it is not common on unmodified Tremors.Its seems to be a very common issue among all Rangers, not just Tremors. I have had the issue for 55k of the 60k on the truck, 50k of those were with no lift to the rear. Only a few inch in the front to level out. The problem is with the shaft design, that even some unlifted truck even have to deal with. Either way, $700 is cheap to fix a problem.
