Simple question that I'm too dumb to find answer to apparently.
I don't know where "the land south of the blackface tyrant" is located but in California all gasoline at the retail level must include 10%.
Gasoline is the most used transportation fuel in California, with ninety seven percent of all gasoline being consumed by light-duty cars, pickup trucks, and sport utility vehicles. In 2022, 13.6 billion gallons of gasoline were sold, according to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. Gasoline sold in California at retail is made up of 90 percent petroleum based gasoline (as specified by the California Air Resources Board) and 10 percent ethanol. Ethanol became the primary blending oxygenate in gasoline in 2003, as Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether (MTBE) was fully phased out of by that year.

In Wisconsin our 91 premium, the highest we get, is 0%. Only thing I run in my small engined or motorcycle. Ethanol gas goes bad too fast and gums up the carbs. Everything else is 10%, 15% or E85. It's also why our premium os 90 cents more than 87.

Lower 48, more specifically Oklahoma.

The Oncue stations here are Top Tier. They have 10% ethanol gas but also have 0% ethanol gas.

Supposedly on the Top Tier website there is some sort of mention of TT gas containing minimum 8% ethanol but I can't find it.

In Oregon we have very few stations with 0 % ethanol. Premium is 10% - 15% ethanol at 91 or 93 octane.

All so the corn farmers in the midwest can keep selling corn. What a crock of shit.

One more reason that I hate politicians and their pork barrel focus.

To answer your question, nyea it does exist. It's going to be at the well known name brand gas stations like Conoco, Phillips 66, 76, Sunoco and others, but it will depend on the station as well. Here in Colorado we have various stations that will carry ethanol free fuel in 85, 87 and 91 octane. Some(that I seen in Idaho) have all octanes ethanol free.

Local marinas near me carry ethanol free premium fuel for boats. Maybe that’s the case for you as well?

I also check https://www.pure-gas.org/ for stations. You can try and hunt for higher level gas there, but the database isn’t always accurate. Sometimes ya gotta call and check. Also, I hate that there isn’t a map view. Just a list.

There is one local station but I only use it for power equipment. To expensive for vehicles.

Generators, chainsaws, etc all require less than 10% and the stations are going to 15%, I don't know wtf I'm supposed to do if that one station stops selling 0%.

Also this helps, not always accurate though:

Local Exxons here have 90 octane 0% ethanol. Just filled my gas can this morning. They have dedicated pumps.

Some insight on ethanol: https://www.treehugger.com/the-pros-and-cons-of-ethanol-fuel-1203777

"Though ethanol and other biofuels are often promoted as clean, low-cost alternatives to gasoline, industrial corn and soy farming still have a harmful impact on the environment, just in a different way.4 This is especially true for industrial corn farmers. Growing corn for ethanol involves large amounts of synthetic fertilizer and herbicide.5 In general, corn production is a frequent source of nutrient and sediment pollution.

Additionally, research addressing the the energy needed to grow crops and convert them to biofuels and concluded that producing ethanol from corn required 29% more energy than ethanol is capable of generating."
