Daily 18 mile commute to work I average 19winter 21 summer. 60% interstate 40% city.

Long trips on interstate 19-24mpg 70-78mph

Highway 55-60mph 23-26mpg

Best fuel economy is highway at 55 but man I hate driving that slow lol.

Dash is calibrated within .2 of hand calculated.

My last 4 tanks were 18.10, 17.03, 17.16, and 18.14.

Once we get rid of the winter blend it should improve to probably about 19, I haven't seen 20's since the 4th tank ever pumped back at the end of September.

In the meantime I have added some custom build drawers for the bed which are now packed with stuff I don't need to carry with me 100% of the time but do anyway. On the up-side is I have seating for 6 and a card table.

This is about what I am getting so far. mostly in town with lights and with the AC running. I have about 1200 miles on mine. I was hoping I would get at least 19 but I guess with the number of lights on my 6.5 mile commute to work it is just not meant to be.

My next planned Road trip is going to be in Oct. going from Austin to Jekyll Island GA. going to take the north route going so I can stop in Vicksburg to see the battlefield and then in Odenville AL and visit the Mustang Museum there then on the way home will take the southern route. Total miles is just over 2300 miles so it will be interesting to see what kind of MPG I get

How some of you guys are getting above 25MPG is amazing. It must be super flat with no traffic where you live.
from my experience the only way I can get that is is rural highways running 55. I got over 29 once setting the cruise at 63 going east. I set it at 70 going back home west an it dropped to about 25. It was a short test, about 50 miles each way but the slightest of headwind going west was noticeable.

Mine doesn’t seem to vary as much based on highway speed. Between 45 and 62 mine is about constant, then drops like a rock out of those ranges.

Most of my driving is rural country roads with 45-55mph posted speed limit.

For those approaching 30, anything over 25mpg means you are getting 500+ miles per tank. The best I got was 487 and that’s pretty much all highway driving, maybe a few stops for food and gas but not much more. Those getting over 500 a tank must be doing something special.

2023 2WD crew cab with tow package, 19.1 mpg at 2,300 miles. 95% around town. It was at 19.5 mpg when we made a tow from Savannah to Valdosta with our S2000 on an open aluminum trailer (<4,000# total) in early March with about 800 miles on it. The MPG dropped to 17-ish for the round trip but its crept back up to 19.1 by last week. I have not reset the MPG calculator since I bought it in February.

I am going to be making a trip out your way first week of Oct. Nephews wedding on the 6th on Jekyll Island. What's weather like that time of year? Thinking about maybe making a fishing trip while I am out there

It's already nice and warm here! Plenty of fishing charters to choose from as well.

On an 880 mile trip starting at ~9200ft altitude and ending at around 550ft altitude I my trip computer avg shows 20.6 mpg (2023 tremor). I saw it go as high as 22.8 mpg in the first half of the trip but the flat ground and having to run the A/C in the 2nd half definitely reduced it.

maybe the the high MPG trucks are diesel? I have never gotten over 22 on my Ranger, really can't believe them getting 26 or 28 MPG, even with Tunes..

Nah, if you're cruising 60-65 on stock size all season tires, getting high 20s out of a tank is super easy in these trucks. I can average 22mpg on the highway with Wildpeaks (265/70/17) at 70-75mph. Staying out of boost makes a huge difference and this truck loves boost even at cruising speed, it's a bit of a brick and any impact to aero just amplifies that.

I forgot that the calculation can be changed, I need to do this.

No more stalling on FORSCAN for me ... thanks!
