Best 91 tune ET was 14.1 on stock turbo, the Revolution tune has more still left, I forgot to turn off traction control and I have not done any tune revisions yet. I saw an open road and went for it lol

0.1 second isn't a noticeable difference in normal driving. And under 6 seconds 0-60 is a respectable time for a pickup truck. Esp a 2.3l.

It will be interesting to see what a tune will bring. But torque was up quite a bit. How much is from the tune vs larger intake fan is the question.

Tune is made to capitalize on the turbo tho. So I would assume a hand in hand relationship there.

I agree, but it is all about determining the baseline, then with each addition, pulling another dataset to see the delta gain of each step. That is the only way to determine what each modification achieved in performance. For instance:
  1. Baseline result of stock engine and tune
  2. Delta of tune with stock turbo
  3. Delta with modified turbo
  4. Delta of modified tune to take advantage of modified turbo

Definable repeatable steps to quantify performance gains of each modification.

Or you can simply install it all and see the gain from stock to the total mods made, but that will not tell you what difference the modified turbo made. Is it $1500 for 5 hp or $1500 for 75hp?

I'd like to see a comparison of Step 2 to Step 4.
