I'm intrigued by your assessment that the 57mm 'cheater'(?) wheel swap in the turbo has smoothed the low speed performance. 390+anything horsepower in the truck is pretty impressive and I'd love to have it. Doesn't seem like it could damage the motor if the tune was done right.
Of course our niche truck is a limited market although a custom turbo sure sounds enticing. I'm still holding out for the fatter turbo intake replacements second run. Like the intercooler/charge pipes upgrades I expect there would be a refinement in how the truck runs.
