Dang man, my 66 Mustang was running 1/8 mile times of 8.20's (7.90 once at 10pm and a ton of traction additive due to oil downs all night). A truck under 9 second 1/8 is fun by any standard for sure!
I think if I didn't tow so much I would be suckered into this with you lol That is how I ended up starting a 408w build for the Mustang, because one of my buddies went twin turbo on his 93 Mustang. Long story short, ran out of money $10k into it and sold it off for the build in the car now. Poor thing just sits in the garage now, once life starts to slow down I want to get back to working on it. She runs but needs a lot of TLC from sitting.
