I rather have EPS cuz of fluid maintenance. Also I don't like the way steering wheel have different pressure with hydraulic when wheel is turned to extreme.

I didn't look under the truck for the driveshaft config.. I only noticed it had a full size spare tire to match the ones that were on the truck.Any update on the new driveshaft?
Have no idea of why the engineers went with hydraulic. it is a bit stiff.I rather have EPS cuz of fluid maintenance. Also I don't like the way steering wheel have different pressure with hydraulic when wheel is turned to extreme.
if you go back about 10 years, car enthusiasts were bitching on the forums about manufacturers ditching hydraulic steering for electric. We’ve come full circle.Have no idea of why the engineers went with hydraulic. it is a bit stiff.
nissan does/did make some gas hogs - xterra, armada. they dumped big $$ into developing a variable compression engine and by many measures it's been a failure. My 2018 Pro4X did have the mpg readout and I averaged 11-12 mpg doing the same drives that my Ranger gets 16-18 on.
The D40 Frontier had a 5 speed auto and a 6 speed manual.
it's more expensive, I prefer hydraulic but must admit Ford has pretty good EPS . Some feel hydraulic provides more feedback/feel of the road. Genx and millenials might not recognize the term "road feel" .Have no idea of why the engineers went with hydraulic. it is a bit stiff.
FWIW I've watched a bunch of YouTube reviews on the new Frontier and a few reviewers claimed that Nissan went with hydraulic steering because it has better feel than electric.Have no idea of why the engineers went with hydraulic. it is a bit stiff.
Don't look at them then!I think the Nissan is UGLY. Just my opinion.
you haven't driven a 2022, have you?Stick a fork in this lame discussions about low quality Nissan's that no cares about....
I would rather be seen driving in a pink Prius than a Nissan anything.you haven't driven a 2022, have you?
Put you in an order for one then!I would rather be seen driving in a pink Prius than a Nissan anything.
