I hate to start a new thread but I didn't find anything that really provided anything meaningful, yet.

A few weeks ago I installed some 1" spacers and have noticed that they are scrubbing a little, I thought no worries, this should be corrected when I install the RangerLifts 2" spacer.

Out of curiosity I got to looking a little closer at the crash bars and where it's scrubbing, driver side front only. So, I thought that was weird and then started looked at the crash bar itself, sure enough, it's deviant of about 1.5" from driver to passenger side. This vehicle was purchased new so I'm not real certain what's going on, what do you guys think?

Is the crash bar something I can apply some persuasion (big hammer) on to give that little bit of breathing room?

Sounds like you're close...if one side if good then just loosen the other and move it a bit...there's a bit of play allowable...

Thanks @Msfitoy, I wasn't sure there would be that much play but that's certainly less error prone then the big hammer.

[edit] With a 16mm and the help of a 2x4 I got it exactly the same as the other side. There is a lot of play in there, cheap fix though.
