For those of you who have updated, which version of maps is this?
Thanks.

Did mine this morning, took about 45-50 minutes. It rebooted the system twice during the update. After it was finished you had to power down the vehicle and restart for the changes to take effect. I always do a Master Reset after an update, good practice to not have any funky issues.

Have not noticed any differences, the one posted speed limit near my house is 45, the nav has it listed as 40 and it has been that way since the 2015 maps.

Had a little issue downing loading the map file. I normally use FireFox as my browser. The instructions and license file down loaded just fine but the map file download would not start. Switched to Edge and it down loaded just fine.

Ford has to keep current for new vehicles and wants to charge everyone else still capable of running this version of Sync $100+?

The corporate money has been spent, I don't see why they just distribute it free to those of us who can download and install on our own time using our own tools (USB).

Guess I'll be waiting on CyanLabs to provide the update.

This update is free to down load or $40 if you want them to send you a USB stick with the update on it.

It was free for my 2019.

Have you tried OnX Offroad? Works through Android Auto and provides all the info you need for forest roads as well as land ownership (ie NatForest, private, state).
I switch between OnX and Gaia, with a slight preference towards Gaia simply because there is so much content available for it.

Gaia also works with CarPlay and AndroidAuto.
