They are self tappers. They do take some time to drill the holes to prevent getting the frame too hot and hardening the steel. Slow drill speeds and drill oil are the key.
I saw another forum member took them to a shop and had them welded on.
I have Rocky Road super sliders with the kick out. I love them. They are heavy. I don’t remember what they weigh. But they will stand up to the abuse. I ran them on my Cherokee too and they were awesome.
The shipping was about 3 months. They don’t build them until you order them so be prepared...
Yes. My trigger wire is running straight off the battery but it is running to all of my switches. There is very little load on the trigger wire for the relays. You just want to make sure the wire has a fuse on it.
It mainly opens up approach to the tires. I haven’t taken any off road trips since I put it on so I haven’t been able to compare it to the factory yet. But I never head issues with my approach angle with the factory bumper. I choose this bumper because I wanted a winch and ARB’s quality is very...

I have 46k miles on my 2019 and haven’t had any problems with warped rotors. Inspected my pads at my last oil change and the pads still have a ton of life left. They have help up well to a lot of off road mountain passes in Colorado. No complaints about the Ford brakes here.
I have the Rocky Road Outfitters super sliders with the kickout in the rear. They bolt to the directly to the frame. While not as popular on this forum, they are well known in the Jeep community.
