At this point I don't think there's enough info out yet to know if the 5G/6G are interchangeable. I'm really hoping praying it comes with one like the F150 that's integrated into the taillights. That way when Al @Texasota gets his new PHEV Ranger he'll have no choice but to join the dark side!

Don't even think about taking it off Al I have that covered already. Greg @gfitzge2 still has friends at MAP and they'll be welding yours on! ?

I say 'Go for it!' I love the soft sound it makes and I don't mind waiting for the tailgate to drop. Could add $$$ resale value (to the right person). No regrets in my purchase of the DeeZee version. It was easy to install and under $40. You can't get 5 large coffees for that money.
