Few weeks ago I noticed 1 grille light was dim(this makes me very sad ? ) anyways , a day or so later I get the hyperflash on my left turn signal, (I'm instantly wondering if they are related) so I go to O'REILLYs and get a bulb and replace it and all is well with the turn signal, but the one grille led remained weak, ?. Fast forward to today and I get the hyperflash again on left turn signal, luckily the bulbs come in a 2 pack so I installed another one, but as soon as I hit the turn signal it blew... I guess my next move is to take the grille lights out and see wtf is going on ... DAMNIT!!! Supposed to be a lifetime warranty on those but I can't find the damn receipt...

Aren't your grill lights wired to your side marker light? Two thoughts, first it looks like you have your parking lights lit not turn signals, second I have a '21 Ranger and my DRL'S are my parking lights on the front. The amber lights on the front of my truck are only turn signals and emergency flashers. What trim level do you have, I have a Lariat.

The Lariat (LED) amber bulb is only Turn Signal, the XL and XLT (Halogen) assemblies the amber bulb is both Park & Turn.

For this issue (specific) I suspect a bad ground circuit as the power for park and turn is separate however they share the same ground, I would closely inspect the wire harness (To and From) the dimmed light on the grille.

My Lariat does not have LED turn signals, it has regular two filament amber bulbs but they are only turn signals and emergency flashers and the DRL's are the parking lights.

Correct, the Turn bulb is the only replaceable bulb in the (LED) assembly however it can be upgraded to a LED bulb.

It came with a jumper harness that plugs into the side marker, maybe I need to revisit that connector... I'm going after more bulbs ? ? i guess...

I hate to bring it up but how is the side marker - any issues there?
No, that's the confusion on my end , I could see it if it was popping side maker bulbs Instead of turn signal bulbs...

While messing with the grille lights I noticed the bad one comes on if I wiggle it a bit . I'm taking the grille lights out all the way and plugging it back to factory before I try another bulb ?...

Well i guess it is NOT related...took all that out and changed bulb and still got the instant hyperflash...

On the bright side (see what I did there?), you can likely get that one grille light working properly now.

Did you use an incandescent or LED bulb? If you used an LED bulb, that may be the cause.

I would check the bulb connections for the rear and if you have the turn mirrors - check that as well. It all depends on if you have (LED) or (Incad) in the rear, might not have replaceable bulbs in the rear.
With it Hyperflashing - check the other Turn lights for operation (Proper)

All other lights work fine... bulb is not led , 7444 na I think... whatever it is , it got worse, first bulb lasted a few days with no hyperflash , now it's instant and the bulb doesn't actually look bad , I can see both filaments... and all this seems to have came out of nowhere, no off road, or even a mud puddle to my knowledge ?, just been sitting in the garage mostly. Guess I will leave the grille lights off because if I take it in they will surly blame that and not even honor my extended warranty...

Is the turn signal bulb lighting up? If not, that is the cause of the dash turn signal hyper flash. If not lighting up, check the lamp socket for dirt or corrosion.
