Good for you, the more this gets out there, the better for all of us. Maybe someday Ford will own up to their responsibility to their customers!!

NO. it was checked after sitting flat overnight and then some. Just parked like that for the vid. Like I mentioned the my injectors have been replaced by the dealership.

New ranger owner here. Obviously this is a little concerning to see. How wide spread does this appear to be?

I was in my garage earlier walking past my truck and it made some sort of electronic noise which I’m guessing was the fuel system priming. Is that normal behavior for these trucks? Not sure if I need to be monitoring for this already or not.

Yes...normal, but not by walking by unless the fob is in your pocket...most activation is by opening the door....

You just bought this beauty don’t let a bunch of auto hypochondriacs (just kidding to my catch can buds) spoil your honeymoon. I personally have had no issues, but I do take a lot of long interstate highway trips every couple of months, which will burn off any short trip natural fuel oil accumulations. Sure there are outliers, but we are talking Ford Trucks here, they have earned the benefit of doubt. I found this Aussie video helpful.. Relax and continue to stay present !

Different story when you don't do long trips, mine to bring it down a significant amount I have to do at least a couple hundred mile trip. The problem with that is in these times I don't do many two hundred mile trips or more, that's were the real problem arises. And for some the long trips don't even do it. This shouldn't even be a conversation point, you should be able to drive your truck without having to worry about taking long trips to burn off excess fuel dilution!
