Unfortunate with what happened, but I am curious of one thing. Are you more or less wanting to keep it at stock height? If so I personally would recommend looking at Deaver leaf springs vs the others. From what I understand they ride great(even though they have 10+ leafs in each pack) and are set for factory ride height. Yes they are a little pricey, but they are available
Not quite 10 leaf springs but 6 total for the Prerunner leaf pack (I think
The expedition pack may have 10) but yes, awesome ride. Here are some photos from right now.

Too bad you don’t live in SoCal area I would give you these they’re stock roughly 30k miles. Pulled them out of my 19’ when I upgraded to icon.

you can have mine if you pay shipping. mine have maybe 12k of miles. if you just want one can't imagine shipping is more than 100$ with UPS ground. cheaper than upgrading and maybe Ford will install for free as it's OEM part

where are you in ohio? I have two laying in my garage I will never use. I upgraded to the Wildtrak springs an then traded the ranger in. I don't remember the mileage on it when I removed them an I had an extended cab but I'm sure it would work fine. I will probably end up giving them to a scraper, I just held onto them in case someone broke one an needed them.

Agreed. Seems like an odd thing to be breaking.

I think this only the 2nd time I hear of a broken leaf spring. Someone else had it break right in the center.
I am impressed by all the members here willing to donate a replacement to you. It's what makes this a great forum.

I snapped my driver side leaf spring a month ago with the same answers from the local dealers. Went with the Icon leaf springs from Stage3Motorsports. What a nightmare. One of two leaf pack got lost in transit. Stage3 was out of stock and then Icon was out of stock and would be 2-3 weeks before fabrication. So installed the one Icon leaf spring and while it worked, it squeaked LIKE NO OTHER. Any movement of the truck, getting in and out of the truck, over any bumps and you’d hear it. I got so sick of it after 3 days I went and bought the Deaver Prerunner Springs from Underland Off-road in Anaheim, CA and had them installed and paired with the Eibach Stage 2 with the reservoir shocks in rear and has been then best suspension upgrade I’ve made and now rides the smoothest after 121k miles of driving. I know they’re pricy but WORTH EVERY PENNY. Look around on the marketplace on this forum for used leaf springs from our rangers for replacement if upgrading isn’t financially an option. Hope this helps in decision making.
Wait do you hold the record for highest mileage Ranger at 121K?
How many transmissions is that, 2 or 3?

I’m not sure. I know Frenchy is way up there in miles as well. Here’s a screenshot from my fuel up yesterday at 121,579. I’m still on the original transmission. Only major mechanical issue was needing a new spark plug and ignition coil around 115k miles. I’ve done the regular scheduled maintenance and nothing extra or special. I just did the spill and fill on the tranny, diff and transfer case service at 112k. Truck is running like a champ.

If you’re out of warranty, you might be better off ordering a Ranger Wildtrak multi leaf pack out of the UK (??). I think longer u-bolts are needed but it also offers a better ride, especially if towing.

@jflogerzi , @Dahveed and others have installed them. Some other members might have a better source than that link above.

Good luck!
Yep, and I’m still happy with them. No trouble whatsoever. Vastly improved over the stock USDM springs.

I have stock leafs that you can have for the cost of shipping. From a ā€˜20 SCAB. Less than 10k miles when I replaced with OME. PM me if you want one.

I concur. these came in handy with my rack and RTT and constant extra weight. They have been creeping up in price. but they are still haft the cost oem tremor leafs brand new.

I was hoping santa would bring it for Christmas but that ain't happening, thanks for the aftermarket advice .....was there any reason for your leaf to break ...I barley drive mine thinking it was faulty manufacturing only have 12k on my 2020

Thx dave
Here’s a photo of the leaf spring. It looks like it was corroded and snapped at the weak point. Dealer service dept had never heard of a newer Ranger or F-150 even snapping one and don’t carry them in stock as it’s so rare to replace. I don’t haul or tow and rarely carry to stuff in the bed. It snapped when I drove out of a 711 parking lot. From the drive approach to the main road and didn’t even go off the curb.
