  1. Down pipe heat

I’ve had a CVFab catted downpipe on mine for 30k miles with no issues. I thought about insulation because of how the stock cat is when installing and then just left it. No issues and I don’t notice any heat damage. It’s also way smaller than the factory cat/downpipe so there is more space around it.
  2. Sparky Ranger work truck build

Sorry I’m a slacker. Here’s a one year update. I put on about 28k miles in the last year. No issues with anything. After using it for a while with the bed slide, tools, and materials the height was nice and level which I thought looked good. However the ride was poor because it was only about...
  3. Humm... perhaps a solution for lowering the Ranger rear end...??? (jk)

do you have any concerns about damaging the rear shocks with too much compression? Mine is typically loaded heavy all the time with tools and materials. When I first loaded it the height was great but was about a finger width from bump stop contact. Of course the ride was poor from constantly...
  4. Anyone NOT have problems with the Ranger?

I love my 2020 XLT SCrew. I bought it not quite a year ago with 6k miles and now its just over 30k. I'm an electrical contractor and it gets me, my tools, and materials around to job sites great. If I don't have enough room inside it pulls my enclosed trailer like it isn't even there, other...
  5. Broken leaf spring

I have stock leafs that you can have for the cost of shipping. From a ā€˜20 SCAB. Less than 10k miles when I replaced with OME. PM me if you want one.

  7. Portable compressor for airing up them tires

I have a lot of Milwaukee tools as I am an electrical contractor so I picked up the m18 inflator about a year ago. Might be the best purchase of my life ?. Airs tires up quick. Battery life is great, I usually use a 5.0 or a HD 6.0. I drag it all over airing up farm equipment tires my ranger...
  8. Sparky Ranger work truck build

I got the ladder rack system installed. Room for two ladders and the conduit. Install was easy, just assemble, measure drill the fiberglass cap, and bolt it on. Everything is aluminum and very lightweight. I wish I could have used gray pipe but electrical conduit all has a bell end so the end...
  9. Sparky Ranger work truck build

Mods I’m waiting for are a Vantech ladder rack system for on the topper. And a Cargo-Ease 1500lb full extension bed slide system. The minivan looked lame but was way more practical than a truck with everything just crammed in the back. The bed slide might take a couple weeks to come.
  10. Sparky Ranger work truck build

Newb.. scab? I assume super cab…something?
  11. Sparky Ranger work truck build

Looks nice! Other than the yellow tools haha:LOL: Do you have the rear seat delete? I needed the backseat for occasional kid hauling.
  12. Sparky Ranger work truck build

New Ford owner. I was planning to order a ā€˜23 because I need a supercab/long box. I’m an electrical contractor so it’s going to be a work truck. So I went to my local dealer and went through with the salesman options for a basic XL with 4wd, tow package, and almost nothing else’s. So he enters...
