Well, I just suffered the leaf spring failure that's going around. My truck has a shell on it and I have an F-350 for "truck" stuff so I've never had weight in my truck.

It's gotta be a manufacturer defect. The quote is $2200 to fix it.

I'm ticked and just waiting for the other side to fail too.

I tried to order an Extended Warranty from Ford because of this and the transmission issues, but they say my truck isn't eligible (2019 with 50,000 miles).

I'm not happy.

I had the same issue last spring (both sides) at just over 50,000 miles. I forget the exact steps, but I went to the Ford website and either started a chat session or filled out a form explaining my issue (I had already paid for the repair). It took several months, but Ford eventually sent me a debit card with an amount equal to my repair cost (including tax). Ford actually called me several times to get details about my issue. They noted they had records that I have bought new Fords many times over the decades and I suspect that may have helped my cause. I had also just paid for the vent box replacement. Your results may vary, but it's worth a shot to see if Ford will help you...especially since there may be a small batch of bad springs on 2019 Rangers.

Anyone seen this on the 2020? I tow a few tones a year but it’s our 6000lb or so camper. I haven’t seen any issues. I will say that the suspension was broken in after towing and hasn’t changed since…which reminds me, I gotta adjust my headlights down a smidge.

Ranger Tremor multi-leaf springs from someone who upgraded might be cheap enough. New online about $380ea but imagine another $100 for shipping.
