This hits a nerve! Why are you drinking Budweiser in a green bottle? I was a huge Beck's fan up until Inbev sold out and someone thought it was a good idea to move production of the best selling German beer to St. Louis.

Phil I wondered what you did with your free time...figured writing poetry for your wife, long walks on the beach and pondering the meaning of life!
NOW we know...engineering a better way to open a beer bottle, that is for those of us who dont drink brands with twist-off caps...

Hi Dana,

I used to sell my mesquite work through one of the top galleries in Tucson. Problem was it was too popular and I was spending about 40-50 hours a week in the shop to keep up with demand, so I quit and now I just make stuff from my friends.

I just finished up this mesquite lamp for a good friend and neighbor. It was a tree in their side yard a few year ago...not sits on their bar in their great room. Drilling a hole through 10 inches diameter takes a bit of fixture on my drill press....

Good on you...I agree when hobbies become chores they are fun no more.....but either way if you ever decide to sell the Beverage Access Tool please let me know, I would be proud to have one...they are very nice!
