?I'm right here. Where is my damn trophy.
Greta, is that you?
For tinkering in a garage that's not high enough for a lift.....get yourself one of these QUICKJACKS.It is getting about time to prepare for the first break pad change on the Tremor. What floor jack do you guys use would recommend and why?
Don't steer me wrong!I bought a 5 ton bottle jack from US Jack which is the only company who still makes it all in the USA. I also bought an extension package from Safe Jack.
Don't worry about Chinese jacks, they last. Buy good jackstands and never get under a vehicle without them.Don't steer me wrong!
I just ordered the exact same jack setup as you and that was some serious cash!
You know I buy American as much as possible, but those cheap Chinese jacks at a tenth the cost sure seem tempting. But I bet if one of those gave way and crushed me under Soupie, I'd be wishing I went 'Merica.
It's a shame that it's so hard to find but I do like supporting my neighbor and the piece of mind from a quality product.
I should get them this next week!

I searched everywhere and found these were the only ones now made in the US. Sad we've come to this! The reviews were great and many were from those using them for several years. The "supposed" better cheaper jacks all had spotty reviews were a lot had failed. My feeling is you buy a $40K+ vehicle spending $200 is a small price to pay for a good quality bottle jack.Don't steer me wrong!
