Hi Mokume,

Solved this no TP issue many years ago with bidet toilet seat. Warm water wash, warm air dry, no tp required.... Anybody close to me can stop by as I am fully stocked with Costco TP... A real value at $500 a roll, eh?

When I performed a fire safety systems acceptance test on a complete remodel of a mid to high end hotel here I noticed that every guest room/suite bathrooms were equipped with high end toilets with just those washlets.
It seems that Asian and European visitors consider using paper to cleanse one's orifice totally barbaric, I suppose the water/air method will eventually be favored in North America.

Word of caution guys, do not push the automatic tampon remover button when seated on one of these devices!

(Just kidding guys, lol)

Hi Mokume,

Fortunately that was an option that we did not need as Wife is way beyond the need for tampons....:giggle:

When the dust settles from this COVID 19 thing, I am seriously considering retrofitting several toilets in my home with such a device.
My only reservation is maintaining it's cleanliness, seems that there are several nooks and crannies where nasties can gather.
My years in the firehouse found me scrubbing toilets daily while on duty, so I am pretty good at handling a toilet brush though...
For now, this will have to do...

I assume the forscan code for auto start/stop can be found in the forscan sticky?
p.s. that thing annoys me to no end...

Yep. There are a couple "clear text" options using ForScan that did not get it done for me, but the wiki sticky's hex change for the as delivered absolutely gets it done.

Do you know if these usb LED lights might work? I’m new to this forum.

I have gone thru 2 of these quite rapidly. Works perfect for a few days, and then the truck will start to randomly utilize the ASS system, then eventually the plugged in LED light trick is void. I drive 150+ miles daily on average, so it could be the mileage mentioned or just voltage spikes...now, the light no longer works, even when using house outlets. Amazon replaced one no issue, I am not requesting another, 5 bucks isn't a big deal. Too bad..off to try other options..

I ordered this and it worked for about a week, had Amazon replace it, next one lasted 3 days...guess they don't like the on/off surges or something...gonna try an actual light and see if that lasts longer...

Hi new member / owner here and I HATE stop start hate it, really really hate it
- I installed the autostop eliminator last week, it took less than 15 minutes and so far, it works exactly as promised. The switch is 'off' every time I start the truck, everything works as before, when I start the truck the 'autostop disabled by switch' message appears in the display like when I pushed the button - I know I can push the button every time I get in for free but now I don't have to. It really does work just like in the U Tube video. No I don't work for them I paid full price for it but I just LOVE that it works and I don't have to jab that stupid button every time I drive the truck or have it shut off and restart in the microsecond it takes to shift form D to P. or creep at a stop light to keep the engine running so I can go when I want to - stop start is the ONE THING I hated when I brought my new truck home now its gone!

Odd as I have these exact lights in my home and they do not fit in the Ranger as they interfere with the spring loaded cover in my Supercab.
I have the same issue. I can't find one that looks like it'll work.

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know if the 120V outlet is a pure sinewave output or a modified sinewave? Our RV has a modified sinewave inverter and it is hell on solid state electronics, example..our electric blanket only worked about an hour before the controllers failed.... So in order to avoid this, we have to make sure the blanket is unplugged before we leave the RV Park. These failures as described make me wonder if this output is also a modified sinewave.... I have not used the feature as of yet..
