If the battery is in good enough shape, then chances are the auto start-stop will work as long as it hasn't been disabled in some sort of way. If you are hell-bent on disabling the auto start stop, you are going to have to do something with a purchase to make it stop. Your options include a tune specific to the vehicle and a plug-and-play module. There are a couple of different plug and play modules that are relatively inexpensive that will disable the auto start stop. If you go through a tune you can easily have the tuner shut off the auto start stop and increase performance on your truck. I went the tune route on mine.I used the nightlight mod successfully for months on my 2020 Lariat to disable ASS. I had to replace my battery due to age and the nightlight mod no longer stops ASS. Any thoughts?
