I have a 22 Ranger and it still runs great and it brings a smile to my face whenever I drive it. It was a bit of a random purchase two years ago, but it's been the biggest positive surprise for me. Curious if the consensus is similar around here.

Mine is an absolute yes I’m happy with my Ranger. Drive it off the lot March 6th 2023… 2 years and some change, 55k miles later, only having the infotainment replaced and the front passenger seat cover (due to stitching failure.) replaced under warranty.. it’s been a great truck..
Sure i occasionally get 10R80 anxiety but seriously who doesn’t ?… any person with a vehicle with that transmission has 10r80 anxiety.

Yes! but can't help but wonder if I will have a trans issue come up in the future. Would replace and keep anyways. It is funny that a truck this heavy is as quick as it is TBH.

Stock for stock, we are basically at v6 Mustang performance from the early 2000's. I hate making that comparison since I never liked the v6 Mustangs lol.

The Tremor is near and dear to me because early in my career I wanted an 2003-07 FX4 Level II Ranger but had so many tool expenses, never got one. My '21 Tremor is the modern equivalent.

83,523 mi on my 2021 STX FX4. I checked mostly yes at first, (went back and changed to yes) because I have grown tired of the suicide door supercab. Very awkward to get things in or out in a confined space like my garage. But that's my problem, not the truck's. I have done virtually all maintenance at Hudson Ford, Hudson, WI. since new, Highly recommend. I ordered the truck out and it arrived May 5th 2021, just before the Covid shortages got bad.
Since new:
  • Seatbelt recall done- mine was ok
  • The infamous blend door/plenum replacement done under warranty
  • Reflash the transmission logic ("TSB Lite," ) hasn't needed any deep work yet, so far so good.
  • Replaced the Hankooks with Cooper Discoverers at 50K. The 'Kooks had ~4/32 tread left but the sidewalls turned brown with cream lettering. happy with the Coops, although they are starting to hummm now.
It's going in soon for new fluids-coolant, brake, front-center-rear diffs, trans, and oil; "If you can pour it, change it." I don't have any place or desire anymore to DIY.

I plan to keep this truck until one of us drops. I like the narrower 5g over the 6G on the USFS and BIA roads we drive on, and now that we also own a 2025 Explorer with the Google-based Ford Digital Experience, I much prefer the relative simplicity of the Ranger's Sync3. Just because you can have a billion configuration options in up to four separate profiles, doesn't mean you should.

I got mine with 3300 miles on her, on my birthday in Jan 2021. She was a total loss from a front-end collision and rebuilt before I got her. Today she has 98k miles and has been the most fun in my 45 years of driving - until I got an Explorer ST 3.0 for the wife.

Bought it October 2020. Just shy of 91k miles. So far so good! Only issue I’ve had was the bucking/surging issue. It was a cheap part to replace and took 15min. I definitely have anxiety about the 10r80 though lol. Especially with all the towing I do.

I am mostly positive, About my Ranger, but I sure miss a 6’ bed. More knobs/levers would be nice. I’m not a fan of hard to see buttons (e.g HVAC) that make you use the menus on the screen.

Performance is great. Mileage is great. Quiet and comfortable.
