I decided to take my wife’s advice and suck it up and get moving a little more frequently, so I went out and checked my 2022 XLT FX4 and it has the covers on both sides.

I can say one thing for sure, if the cool kids that have Tremors don’t have them, then mine are coming off! :)

I do spend a lot of time in some serious mud, mainly spring and fall, so if they actually took them off trucks more likely to be doing serious off roading, I will go with that set of engineers opinion.
:fingerscrossed:

If mine had those silly things i'd ripped them outta there , they dont keep anything out , only hold stuff in (mud , sand , grit , HEAT ) 2019 Owners should be getting a "we screwed up " letter from Ford telling you to ditch them , Its usually hard to contact 2019 owners because they live in the clouds and rarely converse with the non 2019 owners who live under ground and use bad grammar ...
“Poor” grammar. ?

Feel free to send it to me...I don't off road. Be happy to take em off your hands so you don't clutter up your garage.

Will do, just as soon as I can get down on all fours.

And of course, I verify it is a real thing. Next trip out to the dealer, I will take a look at one of their Tremors. ;)

My 2021 tremor looks like yours. Passenger side has more covering up the windshield washer tank and the driver side looks like it is left wanting more.

My 21 FX4 LARIAT NOV 21 build is missing the driver front shield and looks like the rest of these cost saving deletions. I just ordered the shield for just under 9 bucks including tax, stay tuned, hopefully the right part.

sadly, all of us 2019 owners, with everything still intact from delivery, are weighed down so much our drag times are slower and our mileage is worse.
This weight savings may explain the phenomenon of Tremor's getting mid 20's mpg on highway trips. ?

Went home and looked.
Sure enough, I am missing half of mine on the driver's side. Passenger side intact.
