Wondering if those of you that had done the front leveling, have you gotten the truck aligned or not? Abnormal tire wear from not? Thank You

Doesnt matter of you do a lift or leveling kit. Changing the suspension will require the front end to be aligned. Good news is you have more than enough available adjustment to align the truck with a front end lift up to 2.5 inches.

I've always played by the rule that ANYTHING that changes suspension geometry requires an alignment. Sway bar wouldn't need one, but EVERYTHING else, I would align, including lift spacers. Realistically, UCAs will want to be aligned as well since the geometry is coming apart to replace, and while in theory nothing should be affected, better safe than sorry

If you're still getting flashed your lights are probably still too high.

LED headlights have a sharp cutoff and shouldn't be blinding oncoming drivers if adjusted properly.

Now putting LED bulbs in a halogen housing, the sharp cutoff goes away.

I have alpharex LUXX series projectors, they're fully SAE/DOT legal which is why I went with them.

I adjusted them as instructed in their detailed installation paperwork and the issue is probably more related to the 4-5" of ride height (thus headlight height) gain from stock than the headlights themselves. point the beams at a 48" line from 25' away and they're aligned. Left the drivers side lower too. Cant do much for someone driving a non-tinted sedan in front of me other than back off which I'm incredibly cognizant of at this point LOL

Don't want to adjust them down any further cuz they should be in spec. I had stock projectors in my 15' Focus ST and would get beamed too.

That's the proper way to do it IF the center of your headlights are at 48" above the floor. If The center is only 40", you would actually be point slightly up. The height of the line at 25' should equal the center height of the lights. Fog lights should be aimed 4" lower than center at 25'.
