Thought about going to an air show in Mountain Home. Glad I didn't because I missed this crash.

Wow that's horrific but it looks like they all got out alive!

I love going to air shows and always worried about something like this happening. The one up in Phoenix at Luke AFB is huge and draws over a million people in 2 days.

I've been to a couple of them in Redding. Amazing how the aircraft got locked together and the crew could still eject.

Contemplating an upgrade the stance/ tire size

Currently on:

6112 Bilsteins up front (2.9” Lift
5160 Bilsteins in the rear w/ the icon leaf pack (2” Lift)
265/70/17 Goodyear Wranglers
17x7.5” 55mm offset Bronco Steel Take offs

I’m thinking of going to a 3.5” shock in the front, maybe an Eibach Pro Truck coilover. As well as stepping up to either a 285/70/17 or 295/70/17 tire. Is anyone here currently running the Eibachs?

33s would look pretty cool. Plenty of folks on the forum run those shocks and swear by them. Solid choice. Always a best practice to do all four corners when upgrading shocks. What UCAs do you have in mind for that 3.5” level?

I have an aluminum spindle on the passenger side and my factory cast spindle on the driver side. So probably the uniball Camburg ones since they work with both types of spindles

You won the lottery. Your truck is a unicorn!

You have the actual truck where they made the change from aluminum to steel knuckles. What was your build date? You think Camberg will sell you a set with one UCA of each type. The taper on the ball joints are different.

It's an early 2020, sat on the lot until late 2020 when I bought it. Got in a minor wreck in May of 2021 that broke the passenger front oem wheel and suspension. Ford was dealing with supply chain issues. They only had the aluminum knuckles available, and I needed the truck back on the road, so they stuck it in there. Would be great if someone would sell me one of each... It's really the only reason I haven't upgraded the UCAs

I drove it to work. Then I stopped in Bonham and put $60.00 worth of 89 in it, and made a grab and go at Braums for a couple of cheese burgers and a large order of fries.

Yes. Montana was cheaper than Idaho. At least in Missoula last week.
Ours are terrible down here! Costco is a little better which is where I try to go when I'm in Tucson.

I paid $5.15 for 91 octane last Saturday. Not the lowest in my area but it's a couple miles down the road and Top Tier 76 station. The good news is on 91 it only used 7 gallons to drive home from Missoula to Post Falls last Tuesday. 😎

Costco has been hanging on just under $5.00 for premium for the last 3 weeks. I try to fill up there as much as possible as they're a top tier station. This is when I'm glad I'm retired and don't put on a lot of miles anymore. The last time gas spiked like this we already had a 5 week road trip planned which ended up costing me way more in gas than I had planned. :curse:

Oh well, it's only money! 🔥💸
