That is so awesome. It really puts into perspective how large these birds are. I only get a few sightings a year and it always brightens my day. Thank you for helping these magnificent creatures.Ranger eagle rescue and transport,

You're right Gregg you really have to see these beautiful birds in person to appreciate them and their size. We saw this one when we went to Bearzona which is a wildlife zoo in Williams, AZ just outside Flagstaff. That is so awesome. It really puts into perspective how large these birds are. Maybe everybody already knows this but just in case, here is a link to the Big Bear eagle live cam. Last season Jacky and Shadow hatched two of their three eggs. The eaglets, Sonny and Gismo grew fast and flew off to start their own journeys. This year they have just recently started their "nestorations" in preparation for this years eggs. I check in with them about as often as I do Ranger5g.Ranger eagle rescue and transport,

Yep, snow starting coming in heavy late this afternoon and since it’s Canada, you know what that means - outdoor sports!Hope you get that big system. Minimal here, only 6" so far. Ski areas are in bad shape.
Every day, just before 8:00, one of our resident eagles takes a flight down the river while we’re enjoying the view and our morning coffee. They occasionally land in a tree in our backyard and hang out for a bit. You're right Gregg you really have to see these beautiful birds in person to appreciate them and their size. I grew up in Ohio winters. Hated it so I moved to Florida. Then, I moved to Southern Texas. While I miss driving / 4-wheeling in the snow,,, I will never go anywhere cold again. I freak if it goes below 75⁰.Yep, snow starting caming in heavy late this afternoon and since it’s Canada, you know what that means - outdoor sports!

It finally stopped snowing this afternoon but it was the parade of the snowblowers this morning. I made a first pass on mine last night so I wasn’t out there all morning like my neighbours.Hope you get that big system. Minimal here, only 6" so far. Ski areas are in bad shape.
I never realized how big they are till I started rescuing and transporting them to the rehab facility. I had to get a federal permit but it was worth the hassle to help these magnificent creatures. That is so awesome. It really puts into perspective how large these birds are.
