I started with one of those, took too long, then I went to two guns, then I cobbled up the shield, it's still not enough, I ordered another gun and will either replace the wimpy Wagner, or use all three.

Thank you very much!

I'm looking forward to being able to send them out.

I was really hoping this week for the hoses, but it's Thursday already.

It came "bent" in half like a "U" on a piece of cardboard backing with the heat shrink type clear wrap...wasn't rolled up.
I think your are going to be too stiff to bend....maybe a tube type shipping method...customers will just have to bite the bullet and pay for shipping and whatever that entails.
Yeah, your cost/price may have to go up, but considering what you producing as compared to the "other" its still a bargain.
That's how mine came as well.

There are several packaging options. Cardboard Tubes and long 3"x3" boxes come to mind. I've also received 3 sided long boxes in the mail before. My Tom Woods driveshaft came shipped in a long narrow box! :)

I’m guessing that it needs the 6x6 box ( or equivalent area) because of the pre formed tube.

Exactly, no less than 5", I have 75 6 x 6 x 28" boxes already, I will sort it out, like I mentioned before, I will probably attach it to a backing of some sort, I like the idea of the shrink wrap like B&M did?

But I have not really tried to figure it out yet beyond the boxes, it will be cool when I really have to because they gotta ship.

I think he said it needs a 5x5 or 6x6 inch due to curve and bracket....
Ya, I didn’t see that reply until after I posted. They offer larger ones in the same configuration. The price of them is low as a bonus

The price of those if they came in the right size would add several dollars to each part, guys, I have spent many hours searching box suppliers, U line included.

I only found one company that had a box my size, which they referred to as a custom size and I have plenty of them, I eventually do have to figure out how I'm going to pack them though, I think I will start with a stiff cardboard backing and attach it either with heat shrink, zip ties or coated wire, we'll see.

Thanks for trying?

Speaking for myself, I do not mind at all if I have to pay a bit more for shipping/handling, even if your price is higher than first anticipated.
You have spent a huge amount of time and effort to come up with a produce that is specific to our trucks, rather than the B&M which, although fits, is generic.
Would much rather have a product that was designed and made for our application, in addition being made of quality materials and attention to detail.
Had your dipstick been available at the time I bought the B&M, I would have happily paid the same $250 for your product.
Don't worry about adding a few $$$...you are entitled to a profit, and I would not expect you to eat the cost of shipping/handling.
Your not Amazon with a Prime Membership !!!!
