Most of those items have been covered thoroughly on here but sometimes the search function isn't the best.
Easiest way to search this forum is to skip the search feature. It was clearly designed by Sean Penn after a night of booze and cocaine at the Viper Room followed by waking up naked on the pier.

Just go to Google.
Type in Ranger5G.com, a space, then your search words or criteria.

That seems to work the best.

Google is also an option from the forum search button.

And I think Stevie Wonder and Ozzy Osbourne may have helped Sean out a bit.

Certified scuba diver here.

Actually no, just likely certifiable ?

My damper persuasion skills are very limited so I'll leave it up to Dave @AzScorpion

Congrats and welcome.

I've had my Ranger about 8 months now...16k miles. Here is my purchase list....most of these are pretty common after market additions that were researched on this site.

Rokblokz mudflaps
https://rokblokz.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI94eUvKiV_QIVmvDICh2spQemEAAYASAAEgII-fD_BwE

AVS hood deflector - I prefer the stick on type....they're cleaner.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KDTW72J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

AVS low profile rain guards - Actually haven't put these on yet but had them on a prior vehicle. The low profile ones don't stick out as far. You can also get them to stick on or they make ones that mount in the window track.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KMS8FM9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Husky liners floor mats for front and back - serve the same purpose as weathertech, only much cheaper. have held up extremely well so far. I like these just as much as my weathertechs in my Honda. In my opinion, these are a MUST have if you have kids.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081KH4VY2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here is the center console tray I bought - it's perfect. Fits perfect and a MUCH better utilization of the space.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B092ZDV42P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I bought this cup holder....it fits in the existing cup and it's taller and bigger. I like this a lot...good buy. It holds bigger cups and mugs...has a slot for a mug handle...and the best part is the height. It put the cup at a much better and more convenient height to grab it from.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NBKXSLL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
this one looks like it's basically the same, just currently like $10 cheaper.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09NBKXSLL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Carhart seat covers - front and back.
For the money, these are ok. The back seat cover is not a custom fit....so it pops off at the corners often. But it mostly accomplishes the desired goal of keeping my dogs paws and kids crumbs off of my leather. If I had to buy again, I'd put the money toward a set that was custom fitted to the truck. With that being said, these do get the job done.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BLWVKKG/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

tow strap - for beach
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M1SMPOS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

portable air compressor - for beach, but nice to have in a pinch.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09LD27Y3C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

tire gauge - for beach
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PT18QAQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

You can get aftermarket replacements for both the fender light and mirror light. I think the dampers are for girls (my 5'3" girlfriend just put some on her Dodge), but they seem to be a thing on this site.

Cell phone holder - I haven't purchased these yet, but I have them in my amazon cart now.

Well it's officially mine. 250+ miles today, spilt coffee and dropped fried chicken crumbs in it.

I connected the wifi to my phone while I was out today and there was an update available. after updating the Ford Pass is working.

Oh, my first enhancement showed up today.

I already spy something you're gonna need, eventually anyway...

Genuine Pleather Brake Boot

The Redline replacement is great.

My number one recommended upgrade would be rear shocks and at least the global leaf springs.

If you're considering a catch can be prepared for physical pain and mental anguish. I'm totally invested in mine, it will go to the crusher with it.

The 5G US Ranger has a limited number of years of production so we'll be a bit if a cult class of truck owners. A 2019 Lariat - being the 'pre-delete' issue makes it kind of a collector item if there were such a thing among truck drivers.

@Kafn8td

Tuning:
5-Star is junk!

Buy an SCT BDX Tuner, assuming you don't have one and contact Torrie @ Unleashed Performance in Florida. He will take much better care of you :)

Lowering:
I've been noticing you've been looking at my build tonight :) I believe the only way to lower a 4wd is with Belltech?

I know my Control Freak front drop kit is 2wd only.

Interior:
Looks like you've gotten your console tray already :)

There's not much available for the interior sadly. I would suggest Weathertech Floormats though.

Exterior:
Yes, remove bed and tailgate decals and badge!

I bought the Morimoto Smoked LED Side Marker Lights, not cheap, but if you look closely at my truck, there's a fortune in it, LOL!

There's a guy on eBay that sells Blacked out grille and tailgate emblems for our trucks for about $200 or you can attempt to take yours apart and spray it yourself? I did this, but the paint started flaking off :(

I have the Air Design Fender Inserts, but they have to be painted. I've seen something different, but cannot remember where, sorry....

Let me know if I can help you spend more money on your truck :D

Indeed, if you do get a catch can @Kafn8td do not get the Mishimoto one. I did at first and switched to the UPR Dual Valve and I'm much happier now. And yes, it is a pain to install. But so far, I've installed everything in my detached garage :)
