True but I wouldn't move over just this one instance. Besides my Ranger is always parked in the garage and I never go into sketchy areas although Safeway is right in town but whatever I'm always carrying.

We're planning on moving for several reasons and I think you've seen my past posts on why. :lipssealed:
I'd tell you to come out this way but I'm afraid it's no better. In the cities at least.

Catalytic converter theft is real especially out here. I see people reporting it almost every day on our local online forums. Just a few weeks ago someone caught them trying to steal theirs at Safeway right in the middle of the afternoon. Many have had theirs cut off in the middle of the night right in their driveways. This area is going down hill fast and is only going to get worse now.

As far as the Air Tags go I can comment on the "All" part but I do remember seeing a lot of articles and videos on this before. I'm sure there are many click bait videos just like there are for just about everything on YouTube now.

My buddy works for a socal beach city PD and he said on average they get 7 catalytic converter theft calls per day.

GE is mostly composed of Chinese parts and is playing the Chinese anthem... ?
Our Samsung dryer plays the Korean national anthem when done...
That's why I went with GE made in Ohio. I stand for the beeping

Some but not all GE larger appliances are made in Louisville Ky. at Appliance Park, (my employer for a few years) by IUE represented workers. I think some are made in Georgia at what used to be a Roper plant. There are some other plants too , I think. The appliance division is mostly awned by a Chinese co.:frown:

GE Appliances is an American home appliance manufacturer based in Louisville, Kentucky. It has been majority owned by Chinese multinational home appliances company Haier since 2016.

Same here. Recently, guy parks in lot for a hiking area. Goes hiking about an hour. Comes back, catalytic converter was gone. He was driving a Chevy pickup just FYI. Retired guy. Older truck. Just wrong.

That type thing makes me angry just thinking about it. If I caught someone doing that to my vehicle the thief would be going to the emergency room, or worse, and no doubt I'd be going to jail. Heaven forbid you protect your stuff.

Sounds a bit like this tracking device I found on mine, it was mounted under the dash near the ODB
