Ranger Pride was a long timer here, he got banned a while back for stepping too far over the line, too many times. He could be hilarious, most of the time, or your worst nightmare if you asked what he thought was a stupid question. He really put the Mods in a tough spot with some of his shenanigans.

Didn't get taken in for repair till after warranty... Should have been a recall period.
If it had problem before warranty went up and you waited that long to take it in then its on you. Nissan is pretty good most of the time with getting parts updated to not have problems anymore. Chances are it would.be comlvered under the powertrain warranty wich nissan has covered up to 5 years 60K even back then. If you started having problems at 30K then its on you if you waited after that.

Bleed Nissan for all I care .. I know what was going on with thousands of Altima vehicles... They did not do a recall and should have ...allowing a serious mechanical problem to exist ongoing and stuck it to the consumer.

Lamborghini's have a design flaw in that they're way too low for old people to get in and out of.

That's about the equivalent to this thread.
getting in is the easy part

My S2000 isn't easy to get in and out of, especially since the race seat. But it's a track car, so it is what it is.

Agreed. But generally these forum's end up with mods who get the god complex... and ? goes down hill from there. Obviously I am new here. Just speaking of forums I have visited in the past. So far I really like the place. But banning people, IMHO, just be very visible, public, discussed, debated, and RARE. We are all adults. Don't need mods making decisions for us. "If we don't like the content, we can change the channel." Just my 2 cents.

This is a great forum, and it's far from over moderated. People don't get banned from just a few bad posts.
There's warnings to infractions to... People get themselves banned.
