Can you be more specific on what worked? There are a lot of features the module is supposed to do.
Looks like he didn't hook up wires for the remote fob functions.

I just plugged in the module and rearranged the wires for the passenger size button to work did not hook up the vent option

Oh, okay. Basically you just enabled one feature: one-touch window up/down.

I can confirm that feature works on my install as well.

It's when things need to happen in relation to the lock/unlock assembly that things get wonky.

I did a quick search for a 2016 Ranger door panel removal and didn’t get much.

It would be really cool to see a detailed video of this mod, hint, hint, start to finish and the tools used to pry door panel parts off without screwing something up.

Years ago I wouldn’t hesitate but now that I’m older my patients isn’t what it use to be.

Please report back if anyone else did a full install of the module and test the features.

I am having mixed results. Verified the correct taps were made with RC today.

I will be out of town/away from the Truck so I'd be interested in hearing someone else's results of a full install.

What I have verified to work:
single touch up/down on all windows.
unlock+unlock+unlock rolls all windows down (does not auto-roll them up, however)

Pretty much anything that involves being triggered by the locking/unlocking mechanism (the two t-taps) is acting wonky on my install.

In case you guys who are trying to figure it out before giving up need some more help. I have attached a few images that detail what is going on here. It takes a few tries to get the wire to pull out some times as the clip keeps snapping down. I used the other guys two broken toothpick method to hold the bottom clip open as well.

Yet to verify full functionality.

I didn't even know the Rangers had the windows working with the remote unlock / lock. Is that a Lariat thing or does every Ranger have that (not trying it now from the office as its raining ;) )

It's a pay this guy $80~ +Shipping and join a group buy for a door module that adds the feature to any trim level ranger.
