Had the front windows tinted a shade lighter than the factory rears.
Looks good and keeps the Sun's rays and heat from coming in ?
Disregard the reflection of my pot belly on the rear door lol

Walked into the garage and saw this…

Gonna need this…

Too bad it’s Sunday.
A little follow-up…

Our good friend Benny @LevittownFordParts.com took the engineering numbers from the stabilizer link and gave me the proper Ford part number along with a big shipping discount. He’s a great sponsor and we’re lucky to have him around.

After exchange, duty, taxes, int’l shipping, blah, blah, blah, it makes more sense to source it here. Sorry Benny but if I was stateside, you’d totally have my business.

I’m a mile and a half from a big Ford dealer in downtown Toronto but I went a different route on this. I called up the local Ford dealer in the small town where my cottage is. They’re great folks to work with and can have it there tomorrow - I’ll be there by then also.

Maintaining that relationship is important because one day, something is going to need attention when I’m up at the cottage and out of warranty. The occasional wheel alignment, oil change, or parts purchase can really go a long way with the right folks.

Got my front end alignment done this morning after installing the Eibach Pro-Truck Coilovers and BDS UCA’s on Saturday. Very pleased with the outcome. Think Im going to be done for a while. Alignment was just some minor toe-in, nothing else.

Are you still using this? Any way you can take a side picture of the whole truck and rear picture of it from further back?

Maybe later I'll snap a picture of how it looks in the backup cam viewer.

Ordered the DeeZee tailgate damper. I thought I could get by without it, but a hands full scenario over the weekend highlighted the need for it. I had gotten used to having tailgate assist on the Colorado ZR2 I had prior. Can't understand why Ford didn't offer it as a standard feature.

How has your Scoopity Doopity 3000 been holding up?
I haven't tested yet. Only drove around 3 miles a day back in Phoenix so not really a good test. I did bring it up north with me where I drive a lot further so can get a better test. I just need to get things setup with Forscan and log some results.

Gave the poor girl a bath now that it looks like we may get some sunshine for at least a week. Been a strange start of the summer with all the rain and cooler weather, although I'm not complaining about 60 degree days in June.

Also made a simple nesting rack for hauling sheet goods out of some left over cedar decking that was the less than desirable pieces.. Wanted something I could just leave in the back and was lightweight. Also doubles as a backstop for diesel / gas cans and groceries.
