What’s your favourite (non-tailgate damper) mod you’ve done, for under $100?

No pics but very simple. I am talking about the wide spring steel paper clips with two handles. I epoxied one of the handles to the belt clip that came with the otter box. I clipped the paper clipped belt phone holder to the dash carpet. I added a velcrow strip to the dash carpet under where I clip the Phone Holder. In the design phase I wired the paper clip to the Phone belt holder till I got it where I wanted it then epoxied it.
Great idea! I would have to do it a little differently, but this gives me a great starting point. Thank you!

A year ago, with the holiday delivery fiasco, I ordered an inexpensive phone holder that fists in our dash tray, and a very expensive air down valve set.
They got lost in the delivery and went beyond 30 days and received a refund. Not long after that, the UPS driver was 2 doors down and walked up to my house and handed me an unexpected envelope.
So there, zero, zip, nada dollars for 2 cheap mods.

If it can't be useful it might as well be pretty?

Hard to take your advice seriously with that rocket sticker install. A little afternoon drinking that day? Drunk on TGD fumes?
Nah, style of "rocket" is post WWII V2 used for early testing by US (using captured stuff and people) to get into the then space race ...only left the stage straight...

Say, did you see the 6th gen post where they've made the tailgate a 1 finger lift/closer now...sort of a reverse TGD...oh woe is you!!

You know pondering on this I remember another mod that bang for the buck if you don’t have it was well worth the price. The TM button 4W drive switch replacement/mod. That has come in handy and I’m sure it will continue to.

Could you explain this?

It's gotta be these side marker LED lights what a difference over the stock lights. Next few would be the black Ranger tailgate letters and adding the engine cover that should have been there all along...

Indeed I did, but not a fan of that either. Adding cost, automation, failures, and maintenance solutions to fix a problem that didn't exist.

I do have 4 TGD's on my DiamondBack, y'know, where they are useful ;) Without the $100 limit, it's my favorite mod.
