All this is just a symptom. Product quality is a direct relation to personal ethic - do I do this cause I just want money or do it I do it for my own self-respect while earning money. Entitlement thinking kills motivation and so you get the new crop of working folk...who don't work on the job, top to bottom. "How can I get paid:crazy: by doing the bare minimum???"

Well how would I know Mr. Non-fanboy. I guess its just not as simple a solution as all these "armchair engineers" make it out to be.
Then why did Ford come out and say their ENGINEERS took over Webasto and CORRECTED the issues with the original tops? Now we're seeing the exact same issue again, seems like Ford just blew smoke up everyone's ass. It is simple look at how the Jeep tops are made and correct the problems. They're obviously cutting corners somewhere for these to be delaminating in 4 days and having honeycombing on the surface. They've had more than enough time to get this right and obviously they failed!

This issue now lies directly on Ford as THEY took over the plant and tooling for this MIC 2.0 top. I don't understand why it's so hard for you to admit Ford F'ed this one up royally and it's been nothing but a disaster. This is just as bad as the Tacoma fan boys who still can't admit the 3rd gun drivetrain is the worst they ever made and defend it by saying "you have to drive it at 5,000 rpm's to make power".

Dave, This is your future. You sure you want to go there? Not that yours will look like that, maybe it will. But you’ll be hanging out with guys who have Jeep’s that look like that. Just a heads up, buddy.

That should be against the law! No worries Duke I'm not into that whole Jeep (or any cult) thing like some are. And nobody better stick one of those ducks on mine either! ??

pavement princess....it doesnt look like those hooks have ever been used.
Well maybe once to pull his Daddies Civic from the snow bank at the end of the driveway.
Lets be honest most are mall crawlers. There were so many on the Bronco forum buying a fully loaded Badlands with the Sasquatch package who admitted they'd never take it off road. Hey it's their money but why buy the king of off road models and spend $55K+ to drive it around the parking lots. You could spend a lot less on a lower model and get the same look. Different strokes for different folks I guess. ?‍♂

Man. This whole bronco thing is sad to see. I pulled out of my reservation that I had since last july in January and ordered a ranger since they kept delaying it, of course I still want one, but I love my ranger. It's a shame ford botched the launch of it (and still botching) as much as they did. You think they would have learned after the explorer. Now for my question, are you gonna put angry eyed headlights on the Jeep like this? If so I hope you will fabricate something similar for the ranger! Seriously though I think you made the right call going with the jeep, enjoy it.

Lol No, I couldn't bring myself to deface my Jeep like that.

I agree it's sad that this whole launch was such a mess. We were all excited for this after a 25 year hiatus and all these issues has taken the joy out of it for me. Are you still holding on to your reservation? I'm keeping mine for now just to see what happens in the coming years. I highly doubt Ford will price protect it that long, right now it's until '23. Once they take that away I'll cancel mine.

You may want to reach out to Granger Ford, they also have JEEP dealer and offering below invoice pricing on the Bronco6g forum. ;)

No I got my refund back in January. Something just seemed off about it with the delays and reported problems with the pre production builds. And I just needed a new vehicle while my focus still had some value. I'd love to get one, but maybe in 5 to 10 years. Hopefully by then they will have it all figured out and haven't electrified it by then.

In 5 to 10 years they just might have the MIC tops figured out. ? It's so bad you really just have to laugh about it. I think the way things are going and how much money Ford has invested in EV that the Bronco along with most of their vehicles will be EV by then.

Yeah. At this point due to it all I'm not nearly as ford loyal as I once was. Yeah I think that Ford is gonna go crazy with EVs, electric vehicles are not my thing for multiple reasons.

Looks like you made the right choice. Did you see the newest one on B6G. Blown 2.7 v6 with under 1,000 miles on it. This is the second one I've seen like this. No excuses as this motor has been out for a long time now.
