What did you do to your Ranger today?

I installed my Billie Bars tonight. Got them in from UPS this afternoon. They are really stout. I am going to have to make some adjustments when I see how my RTT mounts, but I am really pleased with them. I will be mounting my tonneau back on when I have a second set of hands. It can be done with only one person, but the bed rails have a tendency to rotate when you're tightening the mounts and a second set of hands can hold them in place. I bought this rack specifically because it will work with my tonneau.

Had the Fox 2.0 (“Tuned by Ford Performance”) suspension kit installed, plus the Ford Performance red tow hooks and a red ARB rear diff cover.

I’m loving the suspension so far on the road. Feels super smooth and stable. And I think the stance looks good. Looking forward to testing it out off road in Moab this weekend.

TBH, I’m ambivalent about the red tow hooks and red diff cover. I think they look pretty good, but maybe it would have been better to leave it all black on gray.

How is the throttle response compared to stock after all this? I'm considering an almost identical lift and tire/wheel combo, but I'm worried about power loss from the larger tires. Is it noticeable? How bad is the hit to MPG? Did you run a tune as well?

Picked up a deceptively small box with a fair amount of gravity inside. Had to position it diagonally in the bed.

Inventoried the parts. Tracked down the assembly/installation guide. Started the basic assembly. Saturday is the big day, drilling through the roof.

A few surprises.
Was not expecting 4 eye-bolts to be included. Now I can remove them from my Amazon cart.
Was not expecting all the bars to be black. No infamous silver bar for the wind deflector.
Was expecting a piece of weather stripping - not there.
Lots of spare parts. 7 long bolts & washers for the rails. 2 short bolts & washers and nuts for the wind deflector.

Headache Rack finally showed up yesterday. I ordered this back in June or July via amazon. It never showed via their third party shipper CEVA. After some time, I contracted amazon and they re-ordered the item, and sent me a $75 credit for my troubles. Second order took forever, same shit. I contacted amazon, they refunded the full purchase price, this was about 2 weeks ago. It randomly showed up yesterday. Free truck parts are the best truck parts. ?

Well, I believe rack #2 showed up today surprisingly. It will be for sale as I dont need 2 ? if anyone near Charlotte has a want, holler, likely will list for $500 beans.
