I was under the impression that 33 wouldn't fit with the intrusion beams. Very interested to see how your effort goes and if successful, I may do the same.
It'd take one hell of a lot to break a leaf spring that's for sure.
Not according to some of the experts on the fb group.

I'm not arguing with you or saying you're going to break something, just passing along information. If a leaf spring arches negative (so much flex that the spring bends the other way), the metal will fatigue. This will not be an instant problem, but over time, the metal can weaken and crack. People take a little knowledge and freak the f... out. I went against the nay-sayers and rode a motorcycle with a car tire on it for 50k miles and I didn't die, much to the detriment of the internet.

The garbage stock springs are going anyway as soon as the bushing backorder is over. I've had the leafs on order for over a month. No bushings available.

Good thing I got the tow package. I get to keep my tow hitch cover.

If I had that North of the border old Justine would throw me in jail for life, and my kids. The mount me’s would probably arrest my kids too

Was it straight swap or do you need different bolts? Do you know if these are the same as what are coming on the Tremors? and do you have part numbers? I ask as I am eyeing Tremor leafs.

Thank you,
Jason
Just cut off a locating tab. No idea on the rest.

Through the bulb socket opening very carefully. It just sits in there.

Auto folding mirrors. Folds closed when you lock the truck. Unfolds when you power up the truck. Regular operation with stock switch. 20 minute install.
The switch bezel pops right off.
Unplug the connector.
Plug the module in between the switch and connector.
Tuck everything inside.
I used an add a tap to #30 for the constant for the red wire.
Connect the blue wire to the thick gray with brown stripe (lock).
Stick the module on the inside of the left side of the dash and tied up all the wiring. Close up fuse panel and you're done.

Does it do what you want it to do?

Yes…got it, thanx. I read through more posts and did NOT connect the green wire to anything.

Just in time for summer. Took forever but I finally got my heated steering wheel project done. Last parts, and most important, were the terminals for the heating element to the spring clock. Wired up the relay module to the corresponding slots in the side of the spring clock on the column. Installed the 6 way switch in the 12 volt socket. Wrapped the element around the stock wheel and wrapped and stitched the aftermarket leather cover over. Gave me the look steering wheel lock I wanted on top with the perforated leather. The wrap wasn't prefect and wasn't made to stitch the very bottom so I'll wrap it with something I find later. Unfortunately, the wrap was a bit short to wrap the entire thing so I had to compromise between where the wires go and the uncovered area

Zero issues. Used it most of last winter. Maybe check the heating elements?
